AKK Immunization Requirements for Registration

A Kid’s Kingdom Preschool is required to follow the State of California’s Regulations.
All children must have the following immunizations to attend preschool: 

Polio - 3 doses
DTP - 4 doses
MMR - 1 dose
Hib - 1 dose
Hep B - 3 doses
Varicella - 1 dose
TB skin test or documented NOT AT RISK
