The Men's and Women's Ministry is hosting a New Year's Eve Event for Shepherd's Gate in Livermore on Sunday, 12/31/23 from 6-9 PM.
Volunteers are needed to help set-up at 5:15 PM, and/or to stay to help cleanup immediately following the event.
Our purpose is to provide a healthy, family alternative for these women and their families on a very challenging evening, New Year's Eve.
We will be providing pizza, and we are seeking volunteers to come and share the evening with us and help love on the families.
We would love to have volunteers to bring their favorite games and snacks to share. You can also donate snacks/supplies ahead of time--there will be sign-ups after church for the next few Sundays.
For the safety of residents and volunteers, children visiting must be 14-years old or older. Children/youth under the age of 14 are not allowed to visit/volunteer.
